Hubungan Panjang-Bobot, Nisbah Kelamin dan Faktor Kondisi Ikan Endemik Sulawesi Rono Lindu (Oryzias sarasinorum Popta 1905)

Ikan rono Lindu (Oryzias sarasinorum Popta 1905) adalah salah satu ikan endemik dari perairan tawar Sulawesi yang penyebarannya terbatas hanya di Danau Lindu. Status konservasi O. sarasinorum yang telah ditetapkan oleh IUCN berada dalam kategori terancam punah. Penelitian menggunakan metode standar dalam studi bioekologi ikan. Data yang dianalisis berasal dari sampel yang dikoleksi pada medio Juli-September 2013 dari Danau Lindu. Alat tangkap yang digunakan berupa pukat pantai kecil berkantong (mini beach sine) berukuran panjang 10 m, lebar 2,5 m, diameter kantong 1 m, dan mata jaring 2 mm. Jumlah total sampel sebanyak 165 ekor, terdiri atas 94 ekor ikan jantan dan 71 ekor ikan betina. Hasil analisis hubungan panjang-bobot ikan O. sarasinorum jantan, betina, dan gabungan jantan dan betina masing-masing adalah W= 0,000L2,128, W= 0,000L2,396 dan W=0,000L2,239 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) masing-masing 0,968, 0,933 dan 0,953. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa O. sarasinorum memiliki pola pertumbuhan allometrik negatif. Faktor kondisi Fulton (K) O. sarasinorum jantan berkisar 0,718-2,625 sedangkan betina 0,586-2,963. Nisbah kelamin ikan O. sarasinorum menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ikan jantan relatif lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan ikan betina. Studi ini merupakan laporan pertama mengenai hubungan panjang-bobot dan faktor kondisi untuk ikan endemik O. sarasinorum. Informasi biometrik ini berguna untuk pengelolaan berkelanjutan, kajian dinamika populasi ikan dan konservasi.
